The Winning Formula

I have a formula that I would like to share it with you. It’s really a very simple equation. If you’re thinking, “Oh no, I’m not good at math,” you can relax. This has nothing to do with numbers. It’s a formula that’s guaranteed to work–if you do your part!

Relationships = Resources = Results

Let’s start at the end of the equation, because sometimes it’s easier to start with what we know. I know I would like to have better results in my life, but I need help with that. I need resources. I need to surround myself with people who are interested in helping me because I have taken the time to develop a relationship with them. And I help them, too.

So whether it’s on a personal or business level, the relationships we develop are the foundation for our success. I know I love being surrounded by great people! How about you?
