Amy Pennekamp is an associate attorney at William E. Hesch Law Firm, LLC. Amy received her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University in 2006 and her B.S.B.A. in Finance from Xavier University in 2003 (cum laude, University Scholar).
She is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Currently, she practices in the areas of business planning and formation, estate planning, Medicaid planning, trust administration, and probate administration. She also assists and represents buyers and sellers who are buying or selling small businesses. She is a member of the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations. A lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Amy attended Ursuline Academy in Blue Ash, and worked at Great American Insurance while continuing her education. She provides pro bono services to the community through the Volunteer Lawyers Program for the Poor Foundation and the Wills for Heroes Clinics. She also actively volunteers through the Young Lawyers Section of the Cincinnati Bar Association and her church.
